Cooper’s Hawk isn’t just known for their exclusive wines. They are also known for their spectacular food, delicious dessert, and beautiful gift collections. The wine I tried this visit was their Blueberry wine. It has such a beautiful rich color that leads to the perfect blend of blueberry flavor. The taste is light and crisp that is not overpowered with sweetness. It paired very nicely with my filet medallions with a nice finish to the dessert truffles.
Sight: Crimson Red
Nose: Rich aromas of blueberry pie, raspberry and Bing cherry.
Palate: The sweet rich palate has flavors of tart blueberry, plum, raspberry, cherry, and a hint of cinnamon and molasses.
Pairing: This wine pairs well with berry-based desserts.

- Mexican Drunken Shrimp (bacon-wrapped shrimp, tequila lime butter sauce, fresh guacamole)
- Mary’s Potatoes
- Oven-Roasted Vegetables
- This is my favorite dish from Cooper’s Hawk!
